Associate Member

Yearly Application for Associate Membership in the Maine Association of Agricultural Fairs is for the period of January 1 through December 31.

Associate Membership entitles you to free on-premises advertising and exhibit space at the Maine Association of Agricultural Fairs Conference in January.

Any individual or organization interested in the objectives of this Association may become an associated member of this Association on majority vote of the Board of Directors. Such membership shall not include the right to vote, to hold office or to constitute a quorum.

Trade Show Information

Regististration:

A kit of pertinent materials and trade show admittance badges for the people manning your exhibit will be available for pickup Thursday 3 - 7 pm or Friday before 9am.

Please provide a list of names for badges before Jan 1.

Booths:

All individual exhibit space measures 10ft wide by 10ft deep. The booths will be against a wall (some are windows but can be covered by display). All tables will have a tablecloth.

Setup:

Exhibitors can set up their exhibits from 3-7 pm on Thursday Jan 22 and 7-9 am Friday Jan 23rd.

There will be a loading dock for Exhibitors to utilize for unloading. There will be directions as we get closer to event. Exhibitors must be ready by 9am Friday Jan 23rd for opening.

Demonstrations and Performance:

Booth demonstrations and performances should not disturb adjacent exhibitors and their patrons.

Tear Down:

Exhibits must be dismantled, packed and removed from the conference center by 4pm Saturday Jan 24.
